The MoMA PS1 Warm Up music series is an annual event put on by the gallery to celebrate summer and bring a variety of individuals together. Given the art-oriented attitude of the establishment, the urban festival also boasts an interesting pavilion this year. The structure is built by Mexican design studio Pedro & Juana. It is 40 feet high and 90 feet wide, featuring a network of wooden spikes with "blue tips [that] complement the sky."
The structure is located in the courtyard of the contemporary establishment and the pavilion will serve as a centerpiece for the MoMA PS1 Warm Up series. Described as an "immersive junglescape," Pedro & Juana's silhouette will, without a doubt, make a striking visual accompaniment to the music.
