Construction work is notorious for its early hours, so people toiling in the construction industry will be happy that a product like the Makita CM501DZ exists. The new coffee maker was made by Makita, a Japanese tool manufacturer, and it's designed to be able to stand up to the punishment of an active site.
Even at a glance, it's clear that the Makita CM501DZ is tougher than the average coffee maker. The machine, which brews either regular ground coffee or Makita's specially made coffee pods, has a hard plastic exterior that looks much like a power tool. In fact, it even runs on the same 18V lithium ion battery packs that power Makita tools, making it easy to keep the pot in operation on a construction site. One charge of the battery pack can brew 640 milliliters of coffee or approximately five cups.
