Gianfranco Ferre Shows Futuristic 'Star Trek' Styles

For Fall 2009 Tommaso Aquilano and Roberto Rimondi showed their second show for Gianfranco Ferré. This show had a futuristic feel. Pointed shoulders and heavily drawn low eyebrows were reminiscent of many classic 'Star Trek' costumes.

While the Gianfranco Ferré collection was a hit, it was also a sad moment for the fashion glitterati. Its parent company IT Holding SpA had filed for bankruptcy earlier that week. Unfortunately, this may mean that this collection will never get to production.

Whatever happens, a long future is predicted for these two young fashion stars.
