Nextbite Launches New Asian Cuisine Brand, Lucky Dragon Fried Rice

Virtual restaurant provider Nextbite has announced the launch of its first Asian Cuisine brand, Lucky Dragon Fried Rice. According to a recent press release, the new brand will offer a range of street-inspired, rice-based dishes through a delivery-only menu.

More specifically, the menu will include three main options: Classic Fried Rice, Yum Yum Fried Rice, and Spicy Fried Rice. The Classic Fried Rice option is a rice dish served with eggs, protein, and a vegetable medley. Meanwhile, The Yum Yum Fried Rice option is a similar dish but with added Yum Yum sauce (Kewpie mayonnaise and Gochujang). Finally, the third menu item, Spicy Fried Rice, comes with the brand's secret Spicy Sweet sauce, giving the dish a fiery kick.

"We analyzed data from emerging Asian-inspired cuisine trends and worked with our Culinary R&D team to create a lineup that is simple to prepare and exciting to eat," said Daniel Carpenter, VP of Food Experience for Nextbite.
