These 'Little Mac' macaroons look absolutely delectable. The Diary of a Ladybird blogger, Anna, has created these mini burgers to combat the typically boring presentation of macaroons. The Little Mac macaroons' buns were dyed to match the beige color of bread, and Anna used chocolate biscuits, fondant and white ganache (as her secret sauce) to help recreate a sweeter version of the double beef patty burger. Anna has managed to create an adorable and offbeat way to present these sweet cookies.
Anna also offers an alternative for the Little Mac -- if you're not a big fan of the layered meat monster, you can simply make a cute cheeseburger instead.
