The Lamborghini Gallardo India Edition Honors the Country's Gearheads

Indian supercar fanatics have reason to celebrate thanks to the release of the Lamborghini Gallardo India edition. The Italian automaker has made special Gallardos for numerous countries, including Singapore, China and Hong Kong. However, this is its first exclusive offering to India.

The Lamborghini Gallardo India edition comes in three colors, Arancio Borealis (orange), Bianco Monocerus (white) and Verde Ithaca (green). These colors correspond to the country's flag, and the tricolor itself runs down the center of each model. Each India-only Lambo is powered by the "standard" 5.2-liter V10 good for 550 horsepower and 398 lb-ft of torque. No word on pricing, although it is known that only six of these bad boys are being released.
