Igloo Revives the 80s-Era KoolTunes Speaker Cooler

For its latest cooler innovation, Igloo Coolers has reached into the past to revive the Playmate's 1989 KoolTunes By Igloo, a hard cooler that came with built-in speakers that offered users the ability to play AM/FM radio.

The all-new version, dubbed the 'KoolTunes Bluetooth Stereo Cooler,' borrows the original model's eye-catching teal and pink color scheme and replicates its basic structure. The cooler itself can hold 26 12oz cans and comes equipped with Igloo Cooler's THERMECOOL insulation technology. Of course, the new version of the cooler comes with significantly updated speakers as well as USB charging ports, Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, and a rechargeable battery capable of delivering 10 hours of playback.

For those interested, this retro-inspired cooler is now available to purchase on the Igloo Cooler's website.
