Hilco and Kraft Heinz Release Kool-Aid Fruity Chews

Hilco and Kraft Heinz have teamed up to release a new candy line, 'Kool-Aid brand Fruit Chews.'

Consumers are familiar with the Kool-Aid brand for its fruity juice pouches, flavored drink mixes, and brand mascot -- the notorious Kool-Aid Man. He is easily recognizable with his pitcher-like shape, which contains the flavored beverage and his commercials in which he breaks through walls and announces his catchphrase, "Oh, yeah!"

The chewy candy comes in three of the most popular Kool-Aid flavors: Tropical Punch, Cherry, and Grape. The sweets are individually wrapped rounds with a picture of the Kool-Aid Man depicted on each of them.

According to C-Store Decisions, each bright blue Kool-Aid brand Fruit Chew "Good Bag holds 1.76-ounces of candy… [and] the suggested retail price is $1.49."
