The Kameleon Office Booth has been designed by Askia Furniture as a function addition to the modern workplace for helping professionals to maintain comfort and productivity.
The booth is inspired by a chameleon (hence the name) and is characterized by its flexible construction that could be changed up to serve different purposes, depending on needs. The interior of the pod is lined with felt panels to offer soundproofing, features a steel and aluminum frame, and boasts a series of interchangeable panels on the exterior. These come in the form of whiteboards or aesthetic accents to suit different needs.
Chief Designer Dragos Motica spoke on the Kameleon Office Booth saying, "Office booths have become very useful products in the office space, but due to their predefined shape and finishes, they can’t be so easily integrated in the design of the office and architects tend to frequently neglect them. We wanted to change that and offer them a product which can fuse seamlessly just about anywhere like a chameleon does in nature."
