Cozy Open-Space Abodes

Kabinett is a Parisian Home Located in an Alleyway

Kabinett is a sleek contemporary home in Paris that redefines the definition of maximizing space while maintaining a cozy homey feel.

Designed by September architecture group, the home was actually once a manufacturing workshop and is located in an alleyway; two things I wouldn't expect when looking at the clean sunlit filled space. Wooden cabinets that hold anything from books and magazines to art pieces line the walls in order to open up the living space. The walls of Kabinett are largely all-white except for the kitchen, distinguishing it from the rest of the home. Although the design is very open-space and modern, the cabinets and large amounts of sunlight give the home an extremely inviting feel. The bathrooms also feature a monochromatic design with double sinks.
