Fine Parisian Airline Meals

Japan Airlines Has Special In-Flight Meals Prepared by Parisian Chefs

Japan Airlines recently invited chef Hiroki Yoshitake of Paris' Sola restaurant to create a new limited summer menu for first and business class travelers. The decadent first class meals include caviar, smoked salmon and beef tenderloin, while business class travelers are able to enjoy dishes like foie gras mousse and sautéed lobster. To make these meals even more exclusive, they will only be offered to these two classes on Japan Airlines flights between Paris and Japanese destinations until August 31st.

After August, the airline will be introducing a new menu for the fall in partnership with Paris' Passage 53 restaurant chef Shinichi Sato, plus desserts by pastry chef Jean-Paul Hévin, which sounds like an excellent way to get a taste of Paris before passengers even set foot on Parisian soil.
