Lego Street Repairs

Jan Vormann Takes His Dispatchwork to the Streets of New York

Having travelled to Berlin, Tel Aviv and other cities, Jan Vormann is now taking to the streets of New York City determined to do some ‘Dispathwork.’ Armed with his handy LEGO blocks, Vormann, along with volunteers ranging in age from 3 to 40 years old, sets out to repair gaps across the Big Apple.

If I had been visiting the city at the time, I would not have hesitated to offer my help to Jan Vormann. Not only does Vormann's 'Dispatchwork' create a cleaner city, it promotes community and, most importantly, fun.
