clothsurgeon’s 'IT'S A LIE' is Inspired by Anti-Establishment Theories

clothsurgeon recently released a new lined titled 'IT'S A LIE' that is inspired by conspiracy theorists. The British brand is known for its luxury menswear that thinks outside the box to create modern streetwear. Rav Matharu, Founder and Creative Director behind the revolutionary brand, graduated from Fashion Design & Technology in 2006.

The line is influenced by the 1960s and 1970s post-war counter culture, which encapsulates a hippy urbanity. IT'S A LIE includes Matharu's signature attention to detail, and boasts high-quality fabrics and cuts to ensure well-tailored pieces. As noted by Isabelle Hore-Thorburn, "Matharu’s capacity to capture the essence of the "Me Decade" finds expression through contemporary technical fabrics, and relaxed silhouettes. The free-love collection includes three-piece suits, jackets, denim, and shirts. Currently, the collection is displayed in Paris at the Polly King and Co. Showroom.
