Arran Gregory Presents the Invisible Figures Series

UK-based artist Arran Gregory works together with London clothing brand You Must Create, otherwise known as YMC Clothing on the new Invisible Figures exhibition. It features a series of wooden silhouettes that are suspended with the help of aluminum, steel wires, and crocodile clips. It hangs in mid-air and are pieces from its own Fall/Winter 2023 collection.

The figures are in four wireframes -- all of which are meant to replicate three-dimensional sketches. These are named "Invisible Man," "Invisible Woman," "Moonwalking in YMC," and "Fly Kick Invisible Man." The exhibition is currently on display in both Brick Lane and Soho's TMC flagship store locations. Gregory notes to designboom, "I’m interested in the space between the two and three-dimensional, switching between both and using sculpture as a development of drawing."
