Temperature-Regulating Beer Boxes

The New Sol Packaging Doubles as an Insulated Cooler

Heineken UK recently developed a new packaging concept for Sol, which doubles as an insulated cooler. With summer just around the corner, the new box is perfect for keeping bottles cooler for longer.

The new Sol packaging is a sharing pack filled with 18 330ml bottles of beer. The box is designed to fold out so that it can double as an insulated cooler that keeps beer bottles cold for up to six hours. The packaging is even designed to be watertight, meaning there is no need to worry about leakage from melted ice. As Craig Clarkson of Heineken explains, "the Sol Cool Box pack, with its 'ice-cold' innovation, is an affordable, fun and useful product."

With many consumers choosing to enjoy beer outside during the summer months, the functional packaging makes Sol a perfect choice for a wide variety of outdoor occasions.
