Inapproprate Cakes

Sugar and spice and all things nice - well not in this case.

My idea for this bad taste cake cluster started when I found a cake SO rude (contact me for picture!!!) I will not darken Trend Hunter with it. Instead I found some other brilliant inappropriate cakes and a great new website as well;

1) Chinese Bound Foot

This first cake defies any reasonable explanation. It is based on a photograph of a "Chinese Lotus (Bound) Foot". It was for a podiatrist but still it's FOUL. And I am totally with Cake Wreck who say the toenails are the worst part.

James Bond / Plane Crash Wedding Cake

Again I have no words to describe the choice of this for a cake design but I LOVE it. All the little plane crash, goodie / baddie details add so much charm.

David Malki is credited as the cake's designer, and it was made created by Mike's Amazing Cakes.


Puffer Fish

Ok so puffer fish are poisinous but I think these two cakes are a pretty awesome work of art.


S**t Cake

The flies are a lovely detail - but disappointingly as the words are written in Chinese I can't figure out for what ocaasion this cake was baked. Answers on a postcard trendhunters? ? ?


Scary Baby Cake

There is no questioning this baby cake is an awesome work of art - but would you want to be the one to cut into this one. Where would you start - straight through the head... I also find this terrifying and very creepy and would worry if you ate it would the baby come back and haunt your dreams...


Cheap Mum Cake

This makes me laugh :-) You can see where the woman was coming form in getting her children to share a cake - but to be honest the two designs could have been merged together a lot more subtly.

S&M Boob Cake

It would be rude not to add one of mine - trust me search for boob cake on google and you get LOTS of trends. I chose this one not only for the boobs, but the S&M theme. This becomes even more concerning when you see it is a cake for someone's 18th.
