Flavorful Single-Origin Coffees

The Illy Arabica Selection Coffees are Perfectly Roasted

The Illy Arabica Selection coffee range has been unveiled by the brand as a new lineup of coffees that are positioned as being a premium option for connoisseurs to enjoy. The coffees are all single-origin and include such varieties as 'Colombia,' 'Etiopia,' 'Guatemala' and 'Brasile,' which are all packaged in the brand's iconic tins. Each of the coffee varieties are roasted in different ways that helps the flavor and aroma of the beans from the various locations to be as high-quality as possible.

The Illy Arabica Selection coffees were explained by the CEO of Illycaffè, Massimiliano Pogliani, who said, "It all starts with the unique Illy blend, developed consistently year after year, that give us deep knowledge of the coffee origins combined with our direct trade model that works closely with coffee growers to produce the highest quality Arabica beans. From there, the full power of our scientific resources and expertise enter the equation, which in this case created proprietary roasting profiles for each origin to create extraordinary taste experiences for passionate coffee lovers."
