The Idolos Kids Campaign Centers Around Childhood Dreams

The Idolos Kids campaign depicts children dressing up as their dream idol. In this case they all happen to be musically based since the ads revolve around the televised talent show. Adorable and nostalgic, the images will transport any adult back in time to a place when anything seemed possible.

Conceived and executed by nova/sb, an ad agency based in São Paulo, Brazil, the Idolos Kids campaign focuses on three legends in particular: Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson and Gene Simmons. The playful print ads were art directed by Maurici Laruccia and Renato Domingos with creative direction by Ricardo Furriel.

Shot by photographer Gabriel Zuffo and illustrated by artist Zabottis Digital, the Idolos Kids campaign uses sentimentality to reel the prospective audience in.
