Scum-Dwelling Rap Videos

'I Fink U Freeky' by Die Antwoord is a Glorious Puddle of Sludge

Yo-Landi Vi$$er and NINJA of Die Antwoord have collaborated with Roger Ballen to create the 'I Fink U Freeky' video. The band's site describes the group as a "fre$, futuristik, flam-throw-flow-freeking, zef rap-rave krew from da dark dangerous depths of Afrika."

The video is set in the scummiest of alleyways, cluttered with rats, pornographic graffiti and an assortment of sludge. "I fink you're freaky, and I like you a lot" is repeated over a techno bass beat. The whole video invites viewers to get weird. No other musical group to date has reveled in the complete and utter hick lifestyle as much as Die Antwoord. The sincerity of the 'i-don't-give-a-f**k' attitude oozing from the band is contagious.

The video was directed by Roger Ballen and NINJA himself. While the video screams true Zef side spirit, a second, more commercial grade video is set to be released.
