Fraser & Partners is set to design a spectacular timber tower that is is poised to break all existing records for height as far as hybrid timber towers go.

Set to be situated in South Perth in Australia, this timber tower is being designed for Grange Development and will rise to a height of 183 meters. Made predominantly from wood but making use of concrete components, the 'C6' timber tower will comprise a concrete core and around 7,400 cubic meters of engineered wood including cross-laminated timber, glued laminated timber and laminated veneer lumber.

This timber tower will also feature a stylish exterior aesthetic and will boast substantial green spaces including an urban farm for use by residents.
