Massive Knitted Bears

Dave Cole Is A Master Crafter of Cuddly Creativity

Boston-based artist Dave Cole knits in a different league than most people. His knit-work is considered contemporary modern art, and is even exhibited at museums and galleries across the world. His knitt projects include the awesome pieces of artwork featured in the picture galley above.

I love the teddy bear, the knitting riffles and the largest knitting project I have ever seen, called the Knitting Machine (and I have been involved in knitting clothes for a plane once, for the Danish designer Henrik Vibskov) so this is big, big, big.

I feel like getting knitting now.
