The HovCity has a low step-through design that is accessible by users of various heights. The HovCity Step-Through e-bike boasts a pedal-assisted top speed of up to 28 miles per hour with an optional throttle at various speed values. The bike has a 500W brushless motor and a 36-volt battery that combine to deliver up to 60 miles of range on a single charge.
