Condensed Community Abodes

The House 3e30 is an Experiment in Shared Living Space

House 3e30 by Marcos Franchini is an experiment with what can be done when looking at alternatives for communal living.

The house consists of individual private areas for sleeping and relaxing, but the rest of the abode is designed so that people can interact with one another. Many times people living in high-rise condos or apartments don't ever meet their neighbors, whereas this design would aim to bring up the community interaction that little bit more. Another option for this work in progress would be spaces for offices too, making the structure multifunctional and accessible to even more people. For those that work from home, having the option for an office space two doors down could be extremely beneficial and helpful. Photo Credits: designboom, mfranchini
