The Hot Wheels Knock Out Ads Illustrate High-Speed Accidents

These Hot Wheels Knock Out advertisements show just how fast and furious the toy cars really are with an injured Barbie in tow.

Coming from agency I&S BBDO in Japan, the campaign consists of two images of Barbie with a neck brace and the other with a foot cast while one ad features the Mattel doll's all-pink room in a disheveled state. Clearly, Barbie can't handle the Hot Wheels speed. Although she's been injured, the plastic doll still manages to look perfect in stilletos (on her good foot), mini skirts and halter tops.

With the ability to appeal to kids and adults alike, the Hot Wheels Knock Out campaign is a mash-up of the industry's most popular toys.
