Whole-Home Cape Town Rentals

Homes & Villas by Marriott Opens Nearly 300 New Rentals in Cape Town

Homes & Villas by Marriott International, a curated collection of premium whole-home rentals owned by Marriot, has announced that it will be opening close to 300 new rentals in Cape Town, Johannesburg, marking the company's first foray into home rentals in the South African market.

The new collection of home rentals will complement Marriot's already existing hotel offerings in the country by providing tourists with a wider range of accommodation options. The whole-house rentals should appeal to travelers seeking more space, privacy, and independence, and are therefore particularly well-suited to families. Examples of the new homes include a "tranquil" three-bedroom villa in Bishopscourt, a two-bedroom luxury apartment overlooking Hyde Park, and an "African beach-chic" four-bedroom home overlooking Clifton beach.

"As well as incredible contemporary African-chic styled apartments, tranquil villas with breathtaking mountain views and vibrant homes with enchanting interiors overlooking the ocean, the collection includes some beautiful city homes and apartments – giving travelers more options when exploring this stunning country," explained Chris Stephenson, Vice President, International Markets, Homes & Villas by Marriott International.
