The Home Safety Action Week Campaign Asks People to 'Fight the 5'

The Home Safety Action Week ad campaign brings people's attention to the most common things they overlook in the household, which can result in life-altering accidents. These include spills, moss, carpets, power cords and chairs. Although the first two seem logical while the remaining three appear to feed paranoia, they all contributed to the 280,000 serious falls that happened last year in New Zealand. So, the Home Safety Action Week ad campaign asks people to "Fight the 5 home hazards."

Conceived and executed by Auckland-based ad agency DraftFCB, the Home Safety Action Week ad campaign was art directed by Leisa Wall with creative direction by Tony Clewett. The deceptively innocent objects were photographed by Stephen Langdon while Nick Smith, Nick McFarlane and Matt Oak designed the overall look of each poster.
