Nautical Booze Branding

High Seas Brewing Co. Packaging Throws a Line Out to Beer Lovers

High Seas Brewing Co. packaging was developed as a student project by Brennan Gleason. More than a school assigment, however, this unique identity was dreamed up specifically for the batch beer that the designer and his roommate had been making. With inspiration from marine themes, the creative turned out a range of beer packaging with distinctive looks, consistent branding and playful nautical puns.

'X Marks the Stout,' 'Hook, Line and Porter,' 'Ship in a Pale Ale' and 'Devil and the Deep Blonde Ale' are the four homebrew varieties that feature white, red, blue and black as their bold base colors, respectively. Each one has an eye-catching illustration that's coherent and direct. High Seas Brewing Co. packaging is bestowed with subtle consistency with the matching neck and base labels that describe the beverages.
