Cartoon-Branded Appliances

The Hello Kitty Kitchen Set

If you had ever told me that someday I would be writing about a Hello Kitty kitchen set, I would have promptly laughed at you and thought of a rather creative expletive to respond with.

Yet, here it is. The ultra girly, ever-so-loveable-cartoon character that has invaded nearly every aspect of our lives has now found her happy home in where else but the kitchen.

Hello Kitty now offers you a toaster, which even I must admit, adorably imprints the Kitty right in the middle of your toast. Or perhaps you'd prefer a side of coffee with your Kitty. Whip out your Hello Kitty coffee maker and use your Hello Kitty measuring cup to pour the water. And throw out your Easy Bake oven from the 1980's and replace it with your new Kitty toaster oven (Disclaimer: not meant for actual kitties).

I checked with my Hello Kitty crystal ball and it suggested that with the holidays around the corner, why not buy your kids a kitchen set and make them do all the cooking?
