Healthy Autumnal Smoothies

Robeks' New Healthy Holiday Indulgences are Made Without Added Sugars

To celebrate the upcoming holiday season, the smoothie chain Robeks is rolling out its Healthy Holiday Indulgences menu. The new menu is meant to cater to consumers who are looking for ways to enjoy their favorite holiday treats without compromising their diet.

The new Healthy Holiday Indulgences menu from Robeks features two new smoothies and one new smoothie bowl -- all of which are inspired by autumnal flavors. Both the Apple Orchard Smoothie and the Shake Your Carrot Cake Smoothie are packed with festive spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg, as well as nutrient-rich fruits such as fresh apple and pineapple. On the other hand, the new Pumpkin Harvest Bowl features a thick and creamy frozen yogurt base mixed with the warm taste of pumpkin spice.

All three dishes are made without artificial flavorings and are sweetened with raw honey instead of added sugars. As Robeks' director of marketing Matt Furman explains, "A lot of these flavors are normally associated with unhealthy indulgences, but our versions stay true to our brand by giving guests that holiday spice flavor while still being a healthy choice."
