2008 was Year of the Bacon on Trend Hunter, and 2009 is Year of the Ox to the Chinese, so I am launching today that 2009 should be the Trend Hunter Year of The Toast, and specifically, Mr. Toast. Mr. Toast, warm and friendly. Goes well with anything. Who doesn’t love Mr. Toast? Dan Goodsell has built a whole world around Mr. Toast and other fun foods. It takes us back to a simpler time, unlike Bacon, which was much too complicated for many.
