Halo Burger is Pinning Its Coffee Prices to Flint Temperatures

The Flint, Michigan-based QSR joint Halo Burger is helping customers beat the cold by pinning its coffee prices to the temperature.

For the month of January, Halo Burger has decided to set its coffee prices according to the outdoor temperature. This means that when the temperature outside drops to chilly digits, customers will be able to pick up their coffee for a bargain. For instance, a 40-degree day means a 40-cent coffee. According to Halo Burger's Director of Marketing Olivia Ross, the founders of the chain "used to price coffee every day according to the temperature. I immediately knew we had to bring it back."

Though the chain has noted that the price of coffee won't dip below 10 cents a cup—hopefully, Mother Nature is listening.
