Colorblocked Beauty Editorials

The Glamour Magazine 'Block Party' Photoshoot is Playfully Hued

The advent of fall and winter does not have to mean a transition into a darker more melancholy persona as the Glamour Magazine 'Block Party' editorial colorfully points out. Instead of adopting shadier makeup looks, it advocates mixing and matching vibrant hues that will help to brighten the shorter days of these seasons.

The Glamour Magazine 'Block Party' editorial was shot by Italian photographer Filippo del Vita of Effelle Photography. Makeup artist Martin Schmid experimented with model Tina by translating the colorblocked fashion trend on the face. The looks were complemented with a short do by hairstylist Alberto Guzman, impeccable manicure by Angie Sheckler and an equally chromatic set design by Laura Garcia Serventi. Bold and beautiful, the editorial offers a lot of inspiration.
