General Mills Big G Cereals Now Have Twice the Vitamin D

The General Mills Big G Cereals have been given a slight reformulation to make them perfect for consumers to feel good about when enjoying a bowl in the morning hours or as a snack. The Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, Trip, Cocoa Puffs and Cookie Crisp cereals will now feature 20% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin D in a bid to help consumers lead a healthy everyday lifestyle. The recipe update sees twice the amount of vitamin D in each serving and responds to the 96% of Americans aged two and over who are reported to fall short on their daily intake.
