The GChair by Zhi Xian Yu is Music to Weary Walkers

The GChair by Zhi-Xian Yu is designed to look like a treble clef, a musical symbol and was originally called the ‘ClefChair.’ It is made from stainless steel and wired metal and comes in two sizes—one for adults and another for children.

Yu originally experimented with several sizes, bases and materials when first constructing the seat. While we wonder how much back support you might receive while sitting in the GChair by Zhi-Xian Yu we do have to admit that the form and shape is intriguing and at once musical. Yu is a design teacher in Taiwan.
