Toronto's Fugo Desserts is serving up a brand-new ice cream creation that puts a creative twist on a classic campfire dessert. While s'mores is not a new flavor, the classic chocolate and marshmallow combination is getting an update in the form of gourmet toppings.
The new 'S'mores on S'mores' creation from Fugo Desserts is a modern take on the marshmallow sandwiches traditionally enjoyed around the campfire. However, instead of bits of chocolate and mini-marshmallows, this creative treat is made with decadent confections. The dessert itself consists of two scoops of homemade Skor-brownie ice cream served in a waffle cone coated with pieces of white and dark chocolate, crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows and a thick layer of marshmallow fluff. The cone is then finished with another serving of marshmallow fluff that is blowtorched until toasted and topped with Nutella drizzle.
The over-the-top creation demonstrates how brands can elevate classic treats such as s'mores for a new generation.
