PepsiCo, Inc. Recently Launched Frutly Hydrating Juice Waters

PepsiCo. is making a new effort to cater to teens with its new Frutly brand of hydrating juice waters.

Though there are numerous products out there for adults and kids, there's little specifically created for teens. As Samantha Siegal, senior director of ambient juice marketing at PepsiCo., explains, "We found that the current category does not have offerings for teens who have outgrown the juice boxes and pouches of their childhood and are now seeking products that better fit their more mature lifestyle."

To fill this gap in the market, PepsiCo created Frutly. The Frutly drinks are made with fruit juice, water, and the electrolytes magnesium and potassium. The drinks are also formulated with vitamins C and E, and contain no added sugar or other artificial sweeteners. Best of all each hydrating 12-oz bottle only contains 60 calories and 15 grams of sugar.
