Simple Strawberry Fruit Rolls

These Easy DIY Fruit Rolls Only Require Three Ingredients

These delicious and natural strawberry fruit rolls are the ideal replacement for the sugary, store-bought alternatives. Using real strawberries, lemon juice, maple syrup and an oven you can make these treats yourself by following Rubina Umarji's simple recipe.

Start by pureeing four cups of fresh strawberries and then add a dash of lemon and maple syrup. Coat a piece of wax paper with coconut oil and pour the puree over it. Now the hard part here is that you have to bake this in the oven for about four and half hours or until the puree is sticky but not wet.

Once it is sticky, let it sit to dry and then slice it into thin horizontal pieces and roll tightly. Make sure the wax paper is rolled with the fruit. That's all there is to it. You can now enjoy these super simple fruit rolls and they can even be stored for up to one month.
