'Tutti Frutti,' which will be released as part of Bompas & Parr's new book, 'Bompas & Parr and Friends,' consists of a series of fruit-centered photographs depicting fruits in compromising positions, like a phallic banana placed into the folds of a blue sheet. However, had Bompas & Parr not explicitly stated their intention by creating this series, viewers might only have an inkling as to what 'Tutti Frutti' means to say. The photographers shoot fruits against solid-colored backdrops without any specific positioning; it's only when they explained to viewers that these photographs were meant to explore the sensual side of fruit salad that viewers realized that these fruit photos might not be the most innocent.
