From Us with Love Designed Interactive Installations for IKEA

From Us With Love, a Swedish design duo, created a series of interactive installations for the IKEA Museum, which will be debuted in the small municipality of Älmhult.

Perhaps most eye-catching is the rainbow installation that makes use of the Swedish furniture giant's most well-loved products -- with the installation combining bright kitchenware, storage compartments, mirrors, chairs, turf and much more on walls.

In addition to the rainbow installation, From Us With Love includes an oversized marble run that dangles from the ceiling and a Democratic Design gallery, "where the journey from the first brief to a final product is showcased." Although Älmhult is small, it was chosen to be the site of the IKEA museum as it was the first of the Swedish company's locations to ever open, back in 1958.
