Sow Good Makes Freeze-Dried Fruit & Vegetable Snacks and More

Sow Good is a new direct-to-consumer brand that makes freeze-dried snacks with fruits and vegetables. The nutrient-dense, ethically sourced fruit and vegetable products help to reduce food waste thanks to their shelf stability and use of cutting-edge freeze-drying technology. The products capture fruits and vegetables at peak freshness and more than 97% of nutrients are said to be preserved with this process.

Claudia Goldfarb, co-founder and CEO of Sow Good, explains that the vision for the D2C brand came from "a desire to snack healthily and frequently without the burden of fresh food spoilage." Now, the brand is introducing itself to the world with a line of non-GMO products that includes six ready-to-make smoothies and six snacks. These products include flavors like Açaí of Relief and Mint to Be.
