Cover up and take a closer look at these flower petal hives found in Turkey and Iran. The Osmia avoseta bee makes nests out of petals, creating this beautiful natural pieces of art.
Nature's interior and exterior decorator has an eye for beauty. The females of this species live solitarily and build their nests for a couple of eggs. I would run closer to see these flower petal hives, that may be unfortunate for me, but they are definitely awe worthy.
