Bendable Food Graters

Flexita by Ely Rozenberg is Efficient and Eco-Friendly

The Flexita by Ely Rozenberg is a modernized update of the traditionally static food grater, making the food preparation task much easier to complete. Essentially, it has a bendable surface, hence its descriptive name, which allows the user to manipulate in ways that suits the food and his or her purposes better.

A 2012 red dot award: design concept winning entry, the Flexita by Ely Rozenberg makes use of harmonic steel that has been bordered by a polyethylene injected in a silicon mould, all of which are recyclable. This metal has a 'memory' that allows it to return to its original flat shape when not in use. Not only is it easy to clean, its efficient design saves 50% of the materials used for typical graters.
