Models chosen to pose for 'First Ladies' in W include Dree Hemingway, Elaine Irwin, Kirsten Owen, Coco Rocha, Alyssah Ali, Guinevere Van Seenus and fashion legend Iris Apfel. The vibrant and summery spread can be seen in W's May 2010 issue and was shot on location in Miami.
