OLE Insect Firefighter

The OLE robot is a product of the industrial-design studio at the University of Magdeburg-Stendal in Germany. The OLE, which is autonomous and is guided by GPS, intelligent feelers, infrared and heat sensors, is equipped with tanks of water and powdered fire-extinguishing agents.

The armor of this ladybug robot is fireproof and it runs on wheels that are in contact with the ground and are better suited for detecting heat.
