Wang and Shin realized that conventional frames were particularly problematic for people of Asian descent. These kinds of sunglasses would slide down the nose or bump high cheekbones, making them uncomfortable to wear. Their solution was to come up with a new style of frames that they refer to as the 'Elevated Fit.' These glasses hit higher on the nose and boast a straighter frame that won't dig into an individual's cheekbones.
