The 'Monolith' Range Hood Eliminates Exhaust and Stores Utensils

The 'Monolith' extractor hood has been designed by Falmec and Studio Ferriani as a multifunctional addition to a kitchen that would work diligently to eliminate exhaust, while also offering hidden storage space.

The system is part of the Elements Collection and boasts a 90cm suction element that's positioned in a low-level manner to capture smoke or vapor before it can release into the wider space. The exhaust section is flanked by a series of storage compartments that hold smaller sections inside for organizing cooking utensils, spices and more.

Falmec commented on the 'Monolith' extractor hood saying, "The models making up our Elements Collection transcend traditional boundaries of aspiration, interpreting the suction element in an innovative way, becoming part of a modular architecture that is multifunctional and fully integrated into the kitchen."
