This Czech Office Complex is Outfitted With Eco-Friendly Designs

Zaha Hadid Architects has unveiled a spectacular energy-efficient office building, located in the Czech Republic's capital city of Prague, that features an eye-catching appearance but well and truly stands out due to the assortment of sustainability-minded features that it has.

The 'Masarycka' office complex is fitted with fins on its facade which are designed to enhance solar shading in the hot summer months. Meanwhile, the facade itself features as many as two layers of insulation.

Some of the other eco-friendly features of the 'Masarycka' office complex project are a rainwater collection system, greywater recycling mechanism and technology for the recovery of waste heat. Meanwhile, building operators will be able to call upon smart energy management interfaces to track and optimize the consumption of energy.
