Fiercly Ruffled Feminine Fashion

The Emanuel Ungaro Spring 2014 Line is Girlish and Fun

The Emanuel Ungaro Spring 2014 collection was a bold mix of color and print. The models walked the runway in seafoam green, blues and yellows. The ensembles featured solid colored panels meeting with polka-dot and striped prints of the same color.

Another running theme throughout the show was ruffles; there were ruffles galore, criss-crossing through shirts, snaking up sleeves and trousers, descending with flowing dresses and even climbing like vines up the models’ legs.

The models donned sheer blouses with large pockets covering their breasts and daring thigh-high slits. Overall, designer Fausto Puglisi flirted with color, pattern, shape and texture, creating a boldly feminine series of looks for the Paris Fashion Week runways and ready to wear this Spring.
