The Eco-Friendly GravityLight Provides a Reusable Source of Energy

Designed by Martin Riddiford and Jim Reeves, the new Indiegogo campaign provides one of the easiest ways to light up one's house without flicking any switches or replacing batteries with the eco-friendly GravityLight.

Simply filling a bag with sand or rocks is enough to fuel the eco-friendly GravityLight for up to 30 minutes. Once the bag descends, users can release and rehang the bag to extend the illumination for another half hour. The reusable design is a resourceful way to recycle and reuse materials, eliminating excess waste from other resources like batteries and kerosene lamps. This not only reduces waste but also helps save money as well. By sponsoring the eco-friendly light, the Indiegogo campaign will send lamps as a donation to the villagers in developing countries like India and Africa.
