Drunk Girl Social Experiments

This Video Captures Men's Reaction to a Drunk Girl in Public

Media Marketing company Stephen Zhang has released a social experiment titled 'Drunk Girl in Public.' The video follows in the footsteps of another viral video, created by Hollaback!, that documented the catcalls and street harassment a woman experienced over the course of ten hours.

This video featured a woman doing her best "helpless drunk girl" impression, swaying when she walked and slurring her words. The intoxicated woman approached several male strangers on Hollywood Boulevard asking for directions to get to the bus. Alarmingly, but unsurprisingly, several of the men attempted to persuade the woman to come to their homes instead. Only one of the five men actually tried to escort the woman to the bus stop.

The video illustrates the horrifying reality of how at-risk intoxicated women are for assault.
